Trust and Communication for Leaders Seminar
Leading and managing is, at its heart, achieving meaningful goals with and through others. Trust and communication need to be your go-to friends. In this interactive seminar, you'll gain skills for establishing and maintaining trust, deciding how and what to communicate, active listening, and the roles of bias and diversity in workplace communications.
Individual Leadership Assessment
Examine your strengths and tendencies in key areas like initiative, composure, perceptiveness about others, flexibility, sociability, curiosity, and learning style. Discuss how these same strengths may derail you during stress or inattention, and considerations for mitigating that risk. Finally, uncover motivating values and preferences that may drive the leadership environment you're likely to create.

I use the Hogan Personality Inventory assessments, which have been used worldwide for leadership screening and development and are based on the Five Factor model of personality.
